DESCRIPTION:Nolan Dahm\, an environmental historian by training\, with experience as a park ranger in Rocky Mountain National Park\, will be introducing the idea of “environmental history” and talking about Charlotte’s changing landscape. \nNolan was born and raised in Des Moines\, Iowa\, and moved to Charlotte in 2022 where he has been at Charlotte Museum of History ever since. At CMH\, Nolan oversees the interpretation of the Hezekiah Alexander Homesite and Siloam school\, manages the education team\, and curates rotating exhibits. He recently curated the Meck Dec 250 exhibit currently on display at the Museum\, but he still isn’t convinced it is real.
