Spirited History: Prescribed Spirits

Alcohol has long been used as a remedy for pain, plague, heartbreak, and everything in between. Join the Charlotte Museum of History at Lost Worlds Brewing for a look into the medicinal uses of alcohol throughout history.

This one-hour event includes:

• A short round of trivia on historic health “cures”

• A brief talk by the brewers at Lost Worlds

• A special highlight from the Museum’s collections

• A presentation by Education and Engagement Manager, Mea Agazio

• Time for audience questions and mingling
